Wednesday 2nd October - Evening Ride + Secret Spot Social
Meet Waipa MTB Carpark, by the Rotorua Pump Track - from 5.15 pm with a 5.30 pm departure.
We’re kicking off Women's Ride Month with a FUN, no-drop ride.  Gravel, MTB or eBike - you choose!  Our Evening Ride will depart Waiapa and take in Te Pikitanga ki Whangapipiro, the start of Forest Loop, Arepa, Soakhole Climb, Turkish Delight, Challenge DH, Dipper and Tahi returning to Secret Spot.  Our Evening Ride focuses on connecting with others - being able to chat, ride and enjoy some great Grade 2 + 3 Trails, then enjoying great hospitality of Secret Spot for their legendary Base Camp and a Hot Soak if you choose.

Tuesday 15th October - LOVE Your Bike Session
Join us at Cyclezone, 1299 Fenton Street - 5 pm till 7pm
We LOVE sharing our knowledge of all things bikes.  Our “LOVE Your Bike” class gives you the power to LOVE your bike more too!  We’ll be diving into your full suspension set-up, tyre pressure and safety check of your bike. This evening is designed to build your confidence in getting your bike dialled to suit your riding style and preference.  PLUS you’ll score a sweet as goodie bag with what we believe are your must-haves in preventative maintenance.  You will need to bring your own full-suspension bike for this session.

Sunday 20th October - Sunday Social + Eastwood Lunch
Meet Dodzy’s Skill Park - Titokorangi Drive formally Long Mile Road - Meet at 10 am for a 10.15 departure.
Ash Bond + Philly Angus are stoked to bring a Sunday Social Ride under the Women’s Ride Month Calendar! Ash + Philly will take you on a fun loop up Nursery Road, Radio Hut Road, Arepa, Soakhole Climb, Top of Corridor, Titokorangi + extension, Challenge DH, Nursery Road, New Exit and heading to Eastwood for refreshments - $10 Margarita’s + Pizza! PLUS we have a $50 Eastwood Voucher + Spot Prizes up for grabs.

Monday 21st October | Tuesday 22nd - Rotorua BMX Club - Women On Wheels - Social Ride Night + Pump Track
Rotorua BMX Club - 17 Waipa State Mill Road - 5 pm till 6.30pm-ish
Have a go at BMX and increase your riding skill base with this fun, social night at the Rotorua BMX Club and the new Rotorua Pump Track at Waipa MTB Car Park. No experience is required as coaching and support will be provided.  Bring your Dirt Jump, Cruiser or 20” Bike. Club BMX’s and Full Face Helmets are available for a koha. Long sleeve pants, tops and gloves are essential.  You’ll have the opportunity to ride the start gate, but you must have a full-face helmet to do so.  BMX is super fun + awesome for fitness with skills that transfer over to MTBing too!

Sunday 3rd November - Mud Maidens Enduro
Event HQ based at Waipa MTB Car Park - Waipa State Mill Road - 9 am start
Mud Maidens bring their awesome women’s only Enduro back for 2024 and we’re stoked to add it to the WRM Calendar for the first time.  Choose from 4 or 6 stages, covering Grade 3-4 trails and two extra grade 5 trails in the 6-stage event. This event is a great introduction to Enduro Racing, catering for intermediate to advanced riders.  The course is released in advance so you can practice and get familiar prior to race day.  This event has SOLD OUT!

Every WRM Event you attend will give you one entry into the Specialized Grand Prize Draw, taking place on Tuesday the 5th of November - The Prize includes a Specialized Ambush 2 Helmet, 2FO Roost Clip or Flat Shoes + Power Expert Mirror Saddle thanks to our friends at Specialized New Zealand.  PLUS we have Spot Prizes from Secret Spot, FIST Handware, ODI, Deity, Eastwood + more!!
