While the Consumer Guarantee Act and Fair Trading Act provide the basis for our returns policy, we want you to know that we've got your back.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept your return, and provide you with a store credit or a full refund to the value of the product's purchase price*. All we ask is that you return the item back to us unused and in the original packaging, making sure that the product is in the same condition as you received it in, which includes tags still intact.
Unfortunately, your freight charges on returns are not refundable.
Perishable goods such as food; and base layer apparel such as underwear, socks, compression clothing and padded bike shorts we cannot accept back due to hygiene reasons.
NOTE: *There is no return or exchange on sale items.
If you want to exchange something on your order then simply return what you don’t want and place a new order for what you require on our website. Alternatively, you can exchange products instore as per below.
Bring your product into the store with proof of purchase for an exchange or refund. If the product was purchased online, cash refunds cannot be done instore. Staff will happily arrange this for you and it will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that if exchanging a product - the store may not have the item you want in stock, but we will endeavour to get it into stock for you.
Get into contact with the store via email, phone call or in-person and notify us that you would like to return your item.
All goods supplied by Cyclezone are covered by the normal manufacturers' warranty
Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, wear and tear, inadequate packaging or storage are not covered by our warranty policy.
Please note that certain products need to be returned to our suppliers for inspection, possible repair or full replacement. Goods are subject to the manufacturers' warranties, with each company having its own policy on warranties. We will always endeavour to pass on the benefit of those warranties to you.
Bring your product into store with proof of purchase for assessment. For health and safety reasons we request all products have been cleaned prior to them coming into the store. Failure to do this will result in us being unable to inspect these goods.

If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery please contact us immediately. Do not throw away the parcel or the packaging the product arrived in, as our courier supplier may need to inspect it.
