Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are generally 2-4 working days. Please allow an extra 1-2 working days for rural delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, please provide us with a physical address.

Delivery Charges:

All orders (excluding bikes) will be charged a flat rate of $9:00.

Please contact the store if you would like to discuss bike shipping costs. 

Free Click & Collect: 

Order and pay online and collect everything from our store and save on shipping - no handling charges whatsoever! You will be notified when your items are ready for collection by a text or email.

Damaged Product:

If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery please contact us. Do not throw away the parcel or the packaging the product arrived in, as our courier supplier may need to inspect it.
